What are the causes of sandblasting tube damage
Poor manufacturing quality (1) Improper selection of the amount of crimping and the crimping speed when assembling the sandblasting pipe and the joint, or the unreasonable selection of the structure, material, and size of the joint can cause the hose and joint to be overtightened or loosened, resulting in Early damage at the joint.
(2) The inner and outer layers of the pipe wall of the sandblasting pipe are oil-resistant rubber, and the middle is (2 to 4 layers) of cross-braided steel wire or wound steel wire. Poor quality hoses will appear: uneven wall thickness of the hose; too tight or too loose steel wire braiding or too few layers of steel wire; the amount of deformation (elongation, shortening or bending deformation) of the hose after compression is large; the outer layer of rubber Poor air-tightness results in corrosion of the steel wire; poor sealability of the inner layer of the glue allows high-pressure oil to easily enter the wire layer; insufficient adhesion between the glue layer and the wire layer. The above conditions will reduce the bearing capacity of the hose, and eventually burst in the weak part of the pipe wall.
During assembly, if the amount of buckle is too small, that is, when the pressure between the joint and the hose is too loose, the hose may be released from the joint in the early stage of use under the action of oil pressure; if the amount of buckle is too large, the joint and the hose are pressed If it is too tight, it will cause local damage to the inner layer of the hose, causing cracks. High-pressure oil will directly enter the steel wire layer from the rupture point, and then run along the gap between the steel wires to the tail of the jacket, or continue to run along the steel wire layer and accumulate somewhere. , Causing the outer layer of rubber to bulge or even crack.
When assembling the blasting pipe and joint, if the withholding speed is too fast, it will easily cause damage to the inner rubber and break the steel wire layer, which will cause premature damage to the hose during use.
