Sandblasting helmet head gear. In ancient China, it was called 胄, Shoujia, Touya, and Touya. Modern helmets are mainly composed of helmet shells, linings and suspension systems. Due to the different requirements of various services and arms, the structure and style of the helmet are many. Usually includes the following 4 types: ① Infantry helmets, also known as steel helmets, are mainly used to protect the head from the damage of warheads and shrapnels. The weight of the helmet is generally 1 to 1.5 kg. ② Pilot helmets worn by pilots and crews are mainly used to prevent head injuries, stings, and sandblasting, and the nozzle should not be allowed to face people.
Never repair sandblasting equipment or replace parts under air pressure. When adding sand to the sand tank, exhaust the compressed air in the cylinder before opening the top cover.
Operators of blasting helmets should wear blasting overalls with helmets. Made of rubber or artificial leather for work, with air distributor. Wear rubber, leather or thick cloth gloves; assistants must wear protective glasses and dust masks.
The air that the operator of the sandblasting helmet breathes in the helmet must be filtered and the air pressure adjusted to 1.2 kg / cm2.
During construction in winter, the hot air exhaled by the operator is easy to fog on the glass of the helmet and affect the sight. The antifog agent can be applied to the inner wall of the glass, but it should not be too thick.
