1. Operation procedure before using sand blasting equipment
Connect the air source and power supply of the liquid blasting machine, and turn on the power switch on the electrical box.
Set the pressure of the compressed air entering the spray gun through the pressure reducing valve between 0.4 and 0.6 MPa as required. When selecting a suitable abrasive injection machine, add the sand slowly to avoid clogging.
2. The operation flow during the use of the sand blasting machine equipment When the blasting machine is stopped, the power and air supply of the blasting machine must be cut off. Check whether there is any abnormality in each part. Always check whether the connection of each pipeline is firm. Do not drop anything other than the specified abrasive into the work chamber, so as not to affect the circulation of the abrasive. The surface of the workpiece to be processed must be dry.
Note: Never start compressed air with the spray gun unfixed or held!
3. When the operation process of the blasting machine equipment needs to stop processing urgently, press the emergency stop button switch, and the blasting machine will stop working. Turn off power and air to the machine.
When the shift is to be stopped, first clean the workpiece and turn off the spray gun switches; use a liquid sand blasting machine to clean the work surface, the inner wall of the sand blasting chamber and the abrasives attached to the mesh plate to flow back to the separator. Turn off the dust removal unit. Turn off the power switch on the electrical box. Finally, talk about how to replace the abrasive of the liquid blasting machine, thoroughly clean the work surface, the inner wall of the blasting gun, and the abrasives attached to the mesh plate, so that it flows back to the separator. Open the leather plug at the bottom of the sand control valve and collect the abrasive into a container. Add new abrasive to the cabin as needed, but start the fan first.
