No air control switch is used to control the sand control valve. Regardless of whether the air control switch is on or off, the manual sand control valve is always open. The pneumatic remote control response has a lag time of about 4 seconds, so each switch has an instant. For sandblasting operations longer than 20m, it is recommended to add a power distribution control system to greatly reduce the reaction time and reduce instantaneous pulses.
2) Electric control system:
It is also called a wired control system.Unlike air control, the control line connected to the gun head and the sand blasting machine is not an air pipe but a wire. The electric control box switch suspended on the sand blasting machine is opened or closed through the wire to control the solenoid valve (using a solenoid valve (Replaces the air shut-off valve), and then control the main air source switch, you can also connect a small solenoid valve with the air shut-off valve to replace the manual air-operated switch of the air-control type. The advantage of the electric control system is that for large sandblasting projects such as large oil tanks, cabins, etc. that operate at more than 20 meters or even 60 meters, it can limit the blockage caused by instantaneous pulses, control delay or excessively long sand pipes. Sand phenomenon.
Large-scale sand blasting projects generally use manual butterfly sand control valves that produce sand at 45 degrees.The advantage is that it is not easy to block sand.
3) Wireless remote control system:
