The mixed flow of accelerated sand gas flow passes through the sand blasting pipe to the high-speed spray gun. In the high-speed spray gun, the sand is further accelerated (the boosting airflow is accelerated to supersonic speed), and then the accelerated sand is sprayed to the substrate at a high speed. The sand blasting room sand material recovery, separation and dust removal system works as follows: the airflow outside the blasting room enters the blasting room through the shutters on both sides of the blasting room, and then enters the blasting work through the uniform flow plate on the top of the blasting room. In the chamber, a top-to-bottom air flow is formed on the cross section of the blasting room. The sand, dust, and cleaning materials in the blasting room enter the abrasive separation system through the honeycomb sand absorption floor. The abrasive is separated by the abrasive separator. Separated from dust, useful sand enters the blasting tank and continues to be recycled. Dust and dirt enter the dust removal system with the airflow.
