Sand control valve sand control steps:
During the blasting operation, according to the blasting state, the handle on the manual control abrasive valve can be adjusted to adjust the flow rate of the abrasive outlet. The flow of the abrasive should not be too large.
When viewed under the sun or other bright light sources, the flow of air containing abrasives is not much different from the flow of pure air.
■ Adopting air control sand control valve for sand control:
If a pneumatically controlled sand control valve is used, the spool in the I-shaped seat is closed under normal shutdown conditions.
1) Adjust the left screw to the middle of the sand valve core
2) Adjust the nut under the handle of the right sand control valve, and adjust it into the right beam in the I-shaped seat, so that the right beam in the I-shaped seat squeezes the rubber core to the left to the middle, and squeezes with the left beam top of the left screw. The rubber core is closed, forming a closure.
In other words, the left screw and the right nut are tightened to the valve core at the same time. When the manual control switch is pressed, the compressed air entering the sand control valve will squeeze the rubber pad of the sand control valve, causing the spring in the sand valve to contract. The thimble is retracted to the right, so that the right beam in the I-shaped seat is returned, the inner channel of the rubber core is opened, and the abrasive passes through the sand valve to form a sand blasting job.
Check the best normal state in the second and second steps above: a slight airflow from the muzzle (not a large amount of rushing out) without sand particles is the best effect.
3) After the above 2 steps are adjusted, the test machine works. If the spray gun still does not produce sand or the amount of sand is too large, you need to adjust the handle switch on the right side of the sand valve (behind the nut) to reduce the amount of sand clockwise. Counterclockwise is to increase the amount of sand.
When adjusting, you must make fine adjustments, one touch at a time, adjust it, and spray the sand until it is suitable.
